With the majority of their workload being repeat business across the public and private sectors in small works and maintenance schemes including education, commercial, residential and engineering projects, the company are looking to build on their success. They are actively seeking a driven and experienced individual who is looking for a new challenge that offers the opportunity to be a key player in the management team.
The role is varied requiring an adaptable individual who is able to undertake the surveying and pricing of work, day to day contracts management and overseeing of jobs, health & safety, contract negotiation, client liaison and staff management.
Applicants must possess excellent construction and building knowledge ideally holding a min HNC level qualification, you should be commercially astute with a good understanding of contracts and legislation. You will be a team player with the ability to build good working relationships with clients, stakeholders and site teams.
Experience in a similar role managing maintenance and small works schemes is essential.
