Passionate about offering integrated solutions to optimise facilities and energy management, they work with and have secured contracts with some of the UK’s largest clients providing Total FM, Maintenance and Regeneration services.
Working with a portfolio of clients across the country, this position, although based from London, will require remote working and travel across the UK.
You will be required to identify and deliver a range of project works with values up to £2m, liaising with stakeholders to understand and develop their requirements and scope of works, carrying out feasibility and tender analysis, managing operational aspects including H & S, progress reporting and cost control and ensuring schemes are completed successfully.
An experienced Project Manager within the FM sector, you will have a demonstrable track record delivering building and maintenance projects within this sector.
Qualified to min HNC level in Construction or Building related subject, you will have sound technical knowledge and high regard for Health & Safety holding SMSTS, NEBOSH or IOSH certificates.
You will be a confident communicator, able to build rapport quickly with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and site teams.
Commercially astute with financial acumen, the ability to present, negotiate and manage costs and budgets
