Architectural Technologist, Truro – Up to £33k DOE

An Award winning Architectural consultancy are looking for an experienced Chartered Architectural Technologist to join their team in the Truro office. You will join a medium size team of around 20 working with Town Planners, Technicians, Landscape Architects and chartered Architects.

You will be working on high end bespoke residential projects from inception through to completion and have excellent technical knowledge and design skills.

Requirements:

• Qualified Architectural Technologist degree is mandatory with preferred MCIAT/TCIAT chartership
• Professional in practice experience of running projects
• Up to date on all UK building & planning regulations, excellent technical knowledge and able to prepare working drawings, construction detailing and specification
• Proficient in ArchiCAD with experience in Photoshop & SketchUp
• BIM experienced preferred but not mandatory
• Experience within residential project sector is mandatory
