Architectural Assistant or Technician, Truro – £17k - £30k
An Award winning Architectural consultancy are looking for an Architectural Technician or Assistant to join their team in the Truro office. You will join a medium size team of around 20 working with Town Planners, Technicians, Landscape Architects and chartered Architects.
You will be assisting the project Architect / technologist working on high end bespoke residential projects from inception through to completion.
Role:
Producing working drawing packages
Measured surveys, detailed survey drawings
Preparing Planning and construction drawings
Tender documents
Winning new business
Liaising with consultants and clients
Lead and manage technical design projects
Attending site meetings
Requirements:
Professional in practice experience or relevant Architectural degree
Experienced in ArchiCAD would be beneficial as well as Photoshop & SketchUp
BIM experienced preferred but not mandatory
Experience within residential project sector would be beneficial
