An opportunity has arisen for a Construction Administrator to join an incredibly busy South West based building contractor whose projects vary in private and public sector works, commercial and residential build and refurbishments.
You will work closely with the construction team and report directly to the MD.
The is a permanent and full time position, Monday to Friday, 0800am start.
Manage all aspects of reception / office management duties including; diary management, minute taking, answering phone calls, arranging and attending meetings and greeting customers / clients
To manage office administration duties such as stock control, ordering of PPE, keeping data systems up to date inclusive of live and archived jobs
Manage the company’s marketing platforms including external website, LinkedIn and social media
Use relevant software packages such as InDesign to create attractive marketing or client documentation
Assist the estimator / Support with bid writing / Send out tenders and assist with tenders
Print off site drawings
Excellent knowledge all Microsoft Office packages, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Previous experience of working in a similar role within construction
