At the forefront of construction, this main contractor is investing in the future and with an increase in workload, is keen to employ an enthusiastic BIM Co-ordinator for their South Wales operation.

This leading, award winning, national company have built a great reputation and enjoy vast levels of repeat business with their varied client base in both the public and private sectors.

To join their successful regional team, they are seeking a highly motivated BIM Coordinator with a sound understanding and enthusiasm for Building Information Modelling.

Duties will include:

• Setting up projects on BIM
• Co-ordinating  and interfacing with design teams using Revit & Navisworks
• Creating and capturing BIM data
• Providing guidance and training on the system
• Managing BIMXtra administration (adding/amending users, security groups)
• Undertaking Drawing QA checks and setting up RFI/TQ

You should have a solid career history ideally within a Main Contracting, Architectural or Construction Consultancy environment, sound technical construction knowledge and good communication skills.
You must have specialist knowledge of Revit and Navisworks, an understanding of BIM standards with an eye for detail and genuine interest in developing your career in BIM.
