Operating throughout the country with a network of offices in strategic locations across the UK, this highly respected leading contractor has the capability and experience in delivering prestigious and landmark buildings including hospitals, schools, leisure centres and shopping complexes.
This position is seen as a key role in helping to identify, implement and monitor staff recruitment, coaching and development strategies across the South West Region and beyond.
Working alongside the senior management team, you will have the opportunity to challenge and create procedures that will improve business and individual performance and well being. This will be in addition to general HR duties.
Having already held an HR Assistant role, you should now be looking to progress your career.
