An award winning Contractor with a strong pipeline of work in the South West marketplace is seeking to supplement an existing site team on a large new build development with an established Site Manager.
The public sector scheme, part of a much larger framework, is mid way through the programme and require a knowledgeable and driven Project Manager with a Tier 1, Main contracting bias.
Responsible for a range of duties including Programming, client liaison, dealing with technical issues, and managing personnel, you should have a proven track record of performing this role previously, and ideally will have Healthcare project experience.
Technically apt, you should have a good eye for detail, great organisational skills and have a motivation to deliver to programme, budget and quality standards. Additionally, you should also have a Black CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid at work certificates.
