An incredible opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator to join a national Property Services contractor for a secured scheme in Cornwall. The purpose of the role is to provide support functions to the Project Manager within a Property Services Operational Hub. To assist with co-ordinating works, programmes, appointments and reporting for multiple contracts.
Plan weekly activities for pre work surveys and attendees
Organise daily allocation of site team to deliver programme requirements
Implement processes relating to document control and management utilising incumbent systems Alchemy, Viewpoint and Fieldview
Co-ordinate the activities of sub-contractors/trades to ensure work is carried out efficiently and allocation informed to residents
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent IT skills including Excel and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Knowledge of 4P
