RGB are working with a unique and bespoke developer who specialise in designing and building luxury properties in some of the most desirable locations in the South West.
He objective of this key position is to manage the Customer Care responsibilities and as client representative, monitor the progress and quality on construction schemes across the South West from start to finish.
First point of contact for customers, you will deal with any queries and issues promptly and effectively
Identify technical defects and provide cost effective, long term solutions
Coordinate and organise subcontractors to undertake required works
Produce and maintain accurate audit trails and documentation
Monitor performance of contractors on site and report any issues appropriately
Manage the customer care team to ensure high levels of service
You will have previous experience in a similar role within the residential development sector
Strong technical construction understanding and trade knowledge
A calm, professional and proactive attitude
Excellent IT skills and able to communicate well at all levels
A passion for delivering quality and ensuring customer satisfaction
