Architectural Technologist, Bristol £25k - £35k

An opportunity for an Architectural Technician with Revit skills to join a medium size Chartered Architectural Consultancy.

The consultancy works predominantly residential however they also do some work in sports and leisure, mixed use and Passivhaus. 
Recently invested in BIM and their training program, therefore plenty of career progression opportunities, you will be joining a friendly social team of Architects and Technologists.

The Role: Architectural Technician

• Preparation of detailed drawings
• Preparation of layouts, specifications and graphics
• Architectural design from newbuild to extensions and conversions
• Contribute to planning applications and building control applications
• Preparing and presenting design proposals using CAD packages
• Liaising with appropriate authorities and other professionals

• Proficient with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup and Photoshop
• Knowledge of procedures for production of design developments and construction documents
• Knowledge of architectural planning, drafting and detailing
• Strong technical drawing abilities and written communication skills
• BA Hons Architectural Technology
