Commercial Assistant – Kingsteignton
 
My client, a leading fit out contractor are recruiting for a Commercial Assistant to join their team. An exciting variety of projects to support commercial team on including Bars, Restaurants, Nightclubs and Theatres. If you are commercially astute and have a proven track record in a similar role and excited about the possibility of a new role and an opportunity to pursue Quantity Surveying should you desire, then read on.

 Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Commercial Team
• Production of Subcontract and Purchase Orders
• Assisting with the Subcontract Payment Notices
• Monitoring of Client Payments and cash flow
• Issuing of cost data to the QS Team for the production of CVR reports
• Collating CVR reports from the QS Team for the Commercial Managers review

• Experience and knowledge of the construction sector
• Experience of being in a similar role
• Commercially aware
