Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
 

This is an award winning Architecture and Design practice with offices across the UK. They are renowned for their quality design and technical delivery.  They are also very proud to have long standing relationships with some of the biggest global brands. 

The Role:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and talented Conservation Architect to join the team in the Midlands.   Your main focus in the role will be conservation, but you will also be working on residential, leisure, education and retail projects. 

You must be registered with the ARB and qualified to minimum part 3 in Architecture and hold an MA in Conservation (or registered in RIBA Conservation list or AABC list or named on church lists). 

About you: 

• Working on projects throughout all 7 RIBA stages
• Leading teams on both site and technical office based team
• Working through Local Authority planning processes
• Using most of the major software programmes especially AutoCAD, with Revit or Archicad being an asset
• Making amendments to plans and models
• Carrying out onsite inspections and meetings with contractors and clients.
