Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE

This is a company that empowers its people. With expertise in the sectors of Civic, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Infrastructure and Residential, they form collective studios of Architects, Designers and Specialists across 9 regional offices.

The Role: 

We are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist who will be able to lead project teams.  You will be required to manage your own workload in addition to supervising others.

There will also be a need for you to answer complex queries from a range of internal and external clients, this will include coordinating with other consultants. 

Responsibilities for the role: 

To design and deliver projects (experience in large high rise projects would be beneficial)

You will also have responsibility for running several on site projects at the same time, ensuring less experience team members are delegated work.

There will also be a need for you to answer complex queries from a range of clients, this will include coordinating with other consultants. 

About you: 

  • Able to manage and coordinate the design team and associated professional consultants
  • Ensuring compliance with design, legal, statutory and professional requirements for large and complex projects, possibly multiple projects
  • Manage the design process or development of construction project
  • A good understanding of developing technical specifications to support work packages
  • Evaluate and advising upon refurbishment, repair, reuse, recycling and deconstruction of buildings
  • Working knowledge of Revit
  • Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Reporting to the Regional Director, you will manage a small team within the studio.
