I have a fab opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual looking for a permanent position with a flexible and reputable company. The company in question are leaders within their field and are looking to appoint an additional administrator to their team.
Joining a friendly and welcoming team of around 15 staff, you will be working in a relaxed and laid-back environment (everyone takes turns making the tea!)
You will need to have a confident telephone manner, as you will be a first point of contact for customers phoning in. Members of the public also drop into the office on occasion, so you will need to be well presented and with a welcoming manner.
Dealing with enquiries, via phone, email and website. Adding new clients to the system and arranging appointments. Assisting with general admin duties, filing, stationary orders and post etc
You will need to be an experienced administrator, who is accustomed to working in a busy office, where no two days are the same. Ideally with a background working for a construction related business, but this is not essential.
Hours - Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.
Salary will be DOE, £20,000 - £23,000 with 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) and Government Standard Pension
