This position is seen as a key role to work with the team to continue their work to embed an engaging and inclusive culture across the business.
Reporting into the Head of People & Culture, you will be required to identify, implement and monitor staff recruitment, training and career development structures to improve business and individual performance and well being. This will be in addition to general HR duties.
