I have a brand new requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to cover projects in Exeter & Plymouth. Working for an award winning contractor who cover the SW Region and specialise in both construction and housing. Overseeing 3 projects with a total value of £60m, all 3 initial projects will be residential and are a mix of units and forms of contract on behalf of different clients. The next projects might well be construction as they generally do a mix.
Taking full commercial responsibility for the sites, overseeing subcontractors, measurement, valuations and final account. Reporting to the commercial manager
The client is open to both developer and contractor backgrounds, however it will be essential to have residential experience.
Salary is doe - £60k - £65k, plus car allowance and package
