Are you an accomplished Site Supervisor used to liasing with residents, consultants and sub-contractors?
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Site Supervisor to oversee defects remediation/maintenance works to include re-decoration of residential and commercial properties.
Prior to works starting on site you would also be involved in planning the programme and rallying the supply chain.
In addition to previous experience of performing a similar role, you will also need SMSTS & First aid at work certificates together with a valid CSCS card.
