Architect, Gloucester- £30k - £45k DOE

Opportunity for an Architect to join one of the longest established Architectural practices in the UK.

With 5 offices across the country delivering innovative solutions, from initial concepts and masterplanning through to delivery and completion with environmental considerations being just as important as their design process.

You will be working from initial design stages all the way through the RIBA process leading a small team across a variety of project sectors to include residential, heritage, leisure, commercial, healthcare and sports.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Project Delivery
• Creating presentation drawings and 3D visuals/renders
• Liaising Clients to understand their business goals
• Preparing concept scheme designs from client briefs
• Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
• Managing planning applications, and building regulations
• Solving any issues that may arise
• Working towards fixed budgets and times deadlines
• Visit site for inspections
• Assist in business development
• Project delivery across all RIBA stages
• Recognised RIBA Part III qualification
• Preferred Revit skills however not essential
• Good freehand sketching ability to a high level
• Have a good technical capability
• To be passionate and forward thinking full of ideas!
