I am recruiting for a brand new administration role for a construction business. This position is due to expansion. Joining a relaxed and friendly team this will be a support based role across the business, including and not limited to the following:
• General Administrative tasks, supporting the departments
• Reception duties - Greeting customers, answering the phone and monitoring emails, responding to enquiries via email and phone (you will not spend all day on reception, as everyone helps out with the phones)
• Diary management
• PA duties supporting directors and other staff members
Experience and attributes needed:
• It will be essential to have construction related experience in a similar Admin or PA role
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent IT skills and a confident user of IT packages and systems
• Accurate typing skills and spelling
• Organised and motivated
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Well presented as you will be customer facing on reception at time
You will need transport due to the location of this role which is easily commutable in a vehicle from any of the following locations - Exeter, Cullompton or Tiverton
Salary ranges from £20,000 - £25,000 PA DOE, plus holiday, health care, and pension
