Project Manager – kingsteignton

My client, a leading fit out contractor are recruiting for a Project Manager to join their team due to awarded projects on a permanent basis. This role involves technical challenges including providing a high level of service through client facing and client focused practices for a variety of projects including Bars, Restaurants, Nightclubs and Theatres. It will be your responsibility to maximise the profitability of the contract, whilst ensuring the project is safely delivered on program and to the highest standards. As the Project Manager, you would normally be running 2-3 contracts simultaneously, subject to contract value, complexity and contractual demands.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of the Health and Safety Plan on site
• Generate detailed and realistic Construction Programmes
• Ensure all works are constructed to specification
• Site Agent Management
• Subcontractor Procurement

Ideally you will have a construction related degree
Experience working in a similar role
Must have excellent communication skills across all levels of staff and management - both internal and external
Must be computer literate in Microsoft programs including Excel, Word and Outlook
Tickets must include SMSTS, FAW, CSCS
