Senior Architectural Technician, Oxford - £30k-£45k DOE

Opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technician to join an award winning multi disciplinary working in all aspects of design in the built environment .

The Consultancy is an award winning multi disciplinary with 3 offices across the UK, has been established for 34 years and is in the UK’s top 100 multi-disciplinary companies.

As a Senior Architectural Technician you will be specialising in the application

of building and technology to architectural and construction projects. You will be able to manage the design process and use your technical knowledge and expertise as well as negotiating and managing the development of a construction project.

Responsibilities

• Following company procedures and those concerning quality assurance
• Collecting data on site including conducted measured surveys
• Prioritise work in consultation with the relevant Team Managers/Associates
• Produce planning application packages
• Confident on leading a team and working on own initiative
• Liaise and communicate with different consultants
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, graphic designs and sketches

• Recognised Architectural qualification or experience equivalent
• Working towards or registered with MCIAT, TCIAT or similar.
• Deliver projects to a minimum of BIM Level 2 s
• Proficient in Revit and otherer 3D software
• Preferably at least 10+ years of Architectural UK based professional practice experience
