Project Quantity Surveyor - Gloucester 
An incredible opportunity has arisen for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading national main contractor. This Contractor undertakes a variety of sectors including education, healthcare, sports, leisure and commercial and has a multimillion pound pipeline. As the Project Quantity Surveyor, your role will be key to the successful commercial delivery and profitability on a range of prestigious projects across the region.

The successful applicant must have experience in the following:

• Working with a main contractor
• Working on design & build projects
• Working on projects over £10m

• Independently running large value projects
• Subcontract procurement
• Producing Bills of Quantities
• Cash flow management on your allocated projects
• Site visits and attending site meetings
• CVR's and monthly cost control/reporting

• Minimum of HNC or equivalent in construction
• Strong written, oral communication skills and negotiation
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and Project, relevant driving licence
