A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join a successful, well known contractor with a strong pipeline of public sector works and a great reputation for delivering quality schemes.
Currently engaged on a long term framework in the heart of Cornwall, they are in need of additional resource in the form of a Site Manager to join the team. This is a long term, PAYE contract role which would involve sub-contractor supervision, managing Health & Safety and quality control on a new fire strategy scheme.
You should have previous Main contracting experience gained on major projects and it's expected you'll have an SMSTS, First aid at work and CSCS Card with Asbestos Awareness being advantageous.
The initial contract runs into April but there is real potential for this contract to run longer, subject to sustained workload and individual performance, so this is a great opportunity for someone to work with one of the most dynamic contractors in the region on an amazing contract!
