Part 2 Architect, Birmingham, £25k - £33k DOE

A very reputable Award Winning Architectural consultancy in central Birmingham are looking for Part 2 Architect to join their friendly team of 20 based in their very modern offices in a great location in Birmingham.

You will be assisting the Project Architect running projects through all stages working in a range of multi million pound projects in a variety of sectors such as commercial, residential, high rise and industrial. The consultancy provides a range of services from feasibility studies and concept design, to detail design and production information is complemented by urban design and master planning, landscaping, interior design and expert witness functions

The Role: Part 2 Architect

• Assist on creating the brief to colleagues
• Liaising with other members of the design team
• Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
• Solving any issues that may arise
• Working towards fixed budgets and times deadlines
• Assist on planning applications and appeals
• Visit site for inspections

• Excellent design and presentation skills
• Strong working knowledge of UK Planning policies and building regulations
• Part 2 qualification
• Experienced in MicroStation and Revit would be an advantage
