I have an opportunity where you will be working across the South of England primarily in residential, education and conservation sectors. Design and create led consultancy supported using the latest Revit software and 3D rendering software.  

You will join a very friendly and motivated team where you will be invested in towards your career and progression to meet your goals.

Flexible working hours, working from home a couple days a week and generous annual leave scheme is on offer.

The Role:

• Project Delivery
• Creating presentation drawings and 3D visuals/renders
• Liaising Clients to understand their business goals
• Preparing concept scheme designs from client briefs
• Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
• Managing planning applications, and building regulations
• Solving any issues that may arise
• Working towards fixed budgets and times deadlines
• Visit site for inspections
• Assist in business development
• Project delivery across all RIBA stages

• Must have experience post part 3 qualification in a UK based practice
• Strong working knowledge of UK Planning policies and building regulations
• ARB / RIBA Architect
• Revit experience essential
