Working alongside a Senior QS to provide support and mentoring as required, you will quickly pick up responsibility for your own sections and/or work packages on high quality, sustainable residential development projects with a view to taking full commercial responsibility on schemes in the near future. Duties will include
• Procurement
• Measurements
• Valuations and Variations
• Payments
• Cost Control
• Reporting
Having already gained some quantity surveying experience in a contracting or house building environment, you should now be looking to expand your knowledge and further your career. We are looking for individuals who fulfil the following criteria
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience
• Min HNC level qualification in Construction
• Sound understanding of construction contracts
• Numeric with good communication skills
• Fully IT literate
• Organised with an eye for detail
