An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and reputable regional contractor as a Small Works Manager on a permanent basis. This role will be based out of the Plymouth office but covering the region. Types of works include refurbishments, commercial new build, extensions and you will be responsible for a multitude of projects across the region at any one time valuing up to £50k.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Project Management team
Attending site visits/ client meetings
Ensuring all costs associated with a job/ project are closely monitored
Managing the resources required to deliver projects on time and within budget
Planning & Delivery
Requirements:
Experience of working in a similar role
Managed multiple sites and teams
Prepared to undertake a DBS
Trade background
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work
