A thriving main contracting business with a steady pipeline of works across the South west is seeking additional Construction management assistance in Torbay!
About to commence on a Listed building Education scheme, they are in need of an experienced and diligent Site Manager for a long term contract opportunity.
Responsible for a range of duties including running inductions, managing all H&S of workers, client & consultant liaision and managing programme delivery, it is envisaged you'll have an internals bias and a proven track record of delivering major refurbishment schemes, with Previous Listed Building/Heritage works experience highly advantageous.
In addition to your experience, the folllowing site certificates/cards are required: CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid at work.
