Having established an enviable reputation for quality and professionalism of service, this well respected and award winning national contractor provides a full range of construction and related services across a broad client base enjoying high levels of repeat business.
Currently on site with a new build Education scheme in Plymouth, they are in need of an experienced and diligent Site Manager with Internals experience for a forthcoming cover arrangement, whichm subject to performance, could pave the way to a longer term contract role.
Responsible for a range of duties including running inductions, managing all H&S of workers, client & consultant liaision and managing programme delivery, it is envisaged you'll have an internals bias from shell stage and therefore be familiar with concreting, internal blockwork and the like - the project is some way from Finishing stages so this would be to focus on Internals structures.
In addition to your experience, the folllowing site certificates/cards are required: CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid at work.
