A successful local contracting business about to undertake an academic scheme in the Torbay area is in need of Commercial resource in the form of a Freelance QS on a part time basis.
Providing the Site team with procurement, valuation and final acocunt support on a mixed refurbishment and new build scheme due for completion later this year, you should have a proven track record gained within a Main Contracting environment.
A competitive rate which could be paid on a Limited company basis is available.
