Estimator – Plymouth

An opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join a well established and reputable Fire Prevention company on a permanent basis. This company provide a range of Fire Protection services to an array of clients. This is a great time to join a dynamic, forward thinking and energetic company! 

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quotes
• Create/Issue cost quotations
• Site surveys
• Resource / materials cost gathering
• Analysing quotes
• Identify labour, material and time requirements
• Manage bid pricing

• Working to a schedule of rates
• Construction related qualification
• Computer literate in Microsoft programs including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong numeric skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication
• This position could be of interest to a QS with estimating experience
• Relevant Driving Licence
