Are you a driven and experienced Site Manager seeking a new challenge? We are in need of a focused Site Mangaer with previous Main contracting and residential experience to close out a luxury accommodation conversion scheme in the heart of Plymouth.
You'd be responsible for organising sub-contractors, liaising with the end client and consultants, managing operational planning and delivery to ensure the project remains on programme whilst enforcing H & S and quality standards - in essence a full site management role.
In addition to previous experience, you'll need to be PC literate and able to produce short term programmes, and it is also expected you'll have an SMSTS, a CSCS card and a First aid at work certificate.
You should be a skilled Site Manager able to motivate and organise the team on site.
