We are seeking a Site Manager for a stunning development near some of the best beaches in the world! The Developer in need has a handful of sites throughout the south west region and they have a great reputation for delivering quality houses and accommodation.
The current development, due for completion early Autumn, is in need of another Site Manager to join and compliment an existing team during the final stages.
An accomplished Manager with a good eye for detail, it is envisaged you'll be at home co-ordinating trades, motivating the workforce and maintaining Health & safety compliance in addition to quality as the development draws to a close.
In addition to having a proven track record, you'll also need an SMSTS, CSCS Card and a validi First aid at work certificate.
