A well established local contracting business which prides itself in offering professional and attentive services to a broad range of clients is seeking a Site/Senior Site Manager to join their team who are currently engaged on a high spec refurbishment and extension scheme in Mid Cornwall.
The project, due to run until late summer, consists of internal and external redecoration/remodelling works, new outdoor leisure areas and a new build extension in a live environment.
As a Site or Senior Site Manager, you'll assume responsibility for managing the sub-contractors, assuming responsibility for Health & Safety and QA daily throughout the build process whilst pushing for timely delivery.
We are seeking an all-rounder with sound technical awareness, great attention to detail and excellent communication skill who will have the full support of a Project Manager.
Previous Main contracting experience plus an SMSTS, CSCS & FAW are essential with working knowledge of live environments and fast track working hugely beneficial.
