Site Manager - Bath
An opportunity has arisen for a construction manager to join a leading principal contractor for an exciting project in Bath. As the Construction Manager, you will be working for a respectable and thriving main contractor responsible for delivering the end product on time, within budget and to the agreed quality. To be considered for this role, it is essential you have previously worked for a Tier one contractor.
Responsibilities:
· Liaising with clients and reporting progress
· Supervising contracted construction workers
· Meeting subcontractors
· Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
· Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
· Maintaining quality control checks
· Motivating the workforce throughout the project
· Using specialist construction management computer applications
· Ensure compliance and Health and Safety Regulations are in place and met at all times
The ideal candidate must have the following:
· SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS Card
· Tier One
· Design + Build Experience, Health
· Good IT skills
· Passionate about Health & Safety
