Office Services Manager
Temp Start ASAP - enf of May 2021
Reporting to the General Manager the Office Services Manager is to lead & motivate a Reception, Administration & Office support team delivering all Office Services. You will co-ordinate a team of circa 15 staff, ensuring that the contract delivers performance in line with the clients requirements.
General Duties :
|Lead the day to day management of all activities of the Office Services Department and focused on service delivery|
Prepare any necessary reports, and relevant management information
Effective and decisive organisational skills with experience in proposing new ideas and reviewing these approaches
Planning, monitoring and control of HR including recruitment, attendance management, training and investigation/disciplinaries
Sound understanding of H&S, Environment and QA procedures
IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications and other information management systems
Ensure staff are fully trained and competent to carry out roles and where possible multi-skill staff to support business resilience.
Good financial acumen with an ability to analyse complex data and documentation with accuracy
Ability to lead a team and communicate across all levels working within performance management systems Analytical approach to problem solving, ability to influence others using own initiative in order to provide solutions to operational problem.
Knowledge of Maximo PPM & Reactive Management Control System (would be preferred – training given)
