An opportunity has arisen for small works manager to join a local construction company to manage small work schemes from £5k up to £200k. The purpose of this role will be to act as a coordinator between the client and the contractor managing the program of works.
Responsible for the life cycle of works
Liaise between client and contractor
Manage works through internal portal system
Production of Project Programs
Strong written, oral communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and Project
Excellent coordination skills
Construction related experience preferred
UK driving licence
