Commercial Manager – Cardiff
An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join a leading construction main contractor on a permanent basis. As the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for all commercial aspects of the schemes. 

Responsibilities:

• Tendering and Pre-Contract Activities
• Start Up of New Projects
• Procurement
• Applications for Payment and Invoicing
• Cost Control
• Accounting and Reporting
• Risk and Opportunity Management
• Subcontract Administration
• Manage the close out of projects

• At least 7 years experience as a commercial lead on projects turning over in excess of £10m
• BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Professional Institution Membership - preferred working to or achieved MRICS
• CSCS
• Relevant driving licence
