A highly respected Regional Construction services firm with a busy and varied project portfolio is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join them in the latter stages of a new build sustainable housing development in the heart of Cornwall.
Reporting into an Area Director, you'd be responsible for managing sub-contractors on the development, co-ordinating Assistant Site Managers, overseeing quality, logistics and ensuring a high quality standard, and managing the works to completion and handover (through snagging). Contractually aware, you should have an eye for detail and a motivation to deliver.
SMSTS, CSCS & FAW certifications are a must and previous experience of performing this role on housing schemes (preferably sustainable housing) is also essential.
