Offering a full portfolio of refurbishment, extension and maintenance works, this established local firm has a busy order book and to meet client demand they are in need of additional resource in the form of an experienced Site Manager for a residential refurbishment/fit-out in the heart of Plymouth.
As Site Manager you'd be leading the charge to deliver the scheme safely, to the required quality standard and within budget and timescale. Responsible for everything from initial site set up to completion, you'll be communicating with the supply chain and client/client's representatives, co-ordinating the workforce and pushing for successful completion.
You'll need both Main contracting experience, ideally to include some residential works and the usual site certificates - SMSTS, CSCS Card and First aid at work.
