An award winning Contractor with a strong pipeline of work in the South West marketplace is seeking to supplement an existing site team on a large commercial redevelopment scheme.
The £multi million scheme, about to commence on site, will require an experienced, and knowledgeable Site/Setting Out Engineer with sound awareness of Main contracting schemes and modern setting out techniques to support their team
Responsible for a range of duties including performing accurate setting out suties, Sub-contractor organisation and co-ordination and general Quality assurance, You should have a proven track record of performing this role within a main contracting environment previously and it is envisaged you will also have a CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS, Asbestos awareness and First Aid at work certificates in addition to your own engineering kit.
Technically apt, you should have a good eye for detail and be proficient in the use of AutoCAD and project software.
A competitive PAYE/PAYE Umbrella rate is available.
