Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare marketing materials and send them to clients.
- Manage enquires and schedules efficiently.
- Coordinate property viewings and conduct them.
- Support in handling offers for the agents.
- Gather and analyse data while collaborating with agents
- Adjust prices across various marketing platforms as required.
- Work closely with Administrators
- Undertake administrative tasks.
What is required:
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Proficient in Office 365 for formatting documents.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous property experience is a plus.
- Essential background in administration.
- Driving license and vehicle for viewings (driving mileage paid).
- Organized, focused, and a team player.
