A forward thinking and diverse contracting business currently engaged on a new residential scheme in the heart of Torbay is seeking an experienced Site Manager to assist during the final few months on the project
You'd be overseeing a range of sub-contractors engaged on predominantly finishing packages ensuring delivery of quality works in accordance wih the programme, whilst maintaining Health & Safety conformity.
In addition to having a proven track record of managing multiple works packages, you should have an SMSTS, CSCS card and First aid at work qualification.
