I am currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager with a proven background in new build residential projects!
As the project manager for a reputable business, you will oversee a team on large volume multimillion pound project in Dorset. You will be an accomplished manager able to deliver housing units and flats on large developments.
You will be accustomed to writing your own building programmes and using relevant project planning software, with an excellent understanding of CDM regs and H & S. You will drive sites forward, ensuring quality and H & S do not slide. Initially involved in the pre-construction phases of the scheme and supporting with procurement
Sound commercial understanding is required as well as strong technical skills and an eye for detail. You will be competent and confident in dealing with clients and have a proven background delivering volume open market housing sites
