One of the region's busiest and most diverse construction businesses is seeking to supplement their existing team with a Senior Site Manager for a new residential scheme near Liskeard.
Working on a live site and taking responsibility for driving the project forward, you will need to be organised with sound communication skills as you will be managing the workforce, liaising with clients consultants, keeping records and ensuring Heath & Safety compliance across the new build development.
We are seeking someone who is motivated to deliver, with excellent industry knowledge and the usual site certification (SMSTS, CSCS & First aid at work). You'll need to be able to work autonomously with the support of a Project Manager.
