The Role

The position will require an experienced individual to successfully provide a professional estate management service to the organisation and it’s clients. Duties are likely to include:

• Undertake Residential Valuations for current stock and those of external clients
• Deliver a full range of property valuations in accordance with RICS Red Book
• Manage and maximise the return of assets within the investment portfolio
• Monitor and report on the implementation of the Asset Management Plan
• Ensure property acquisitions and disposals are delivered successfully and to time
• To take the lead on development projects, preparing estimates and liaising with external parties and stakeholders as required

The Person

You should have demonstrable property and valuation experience with sound knowledge of legislation, landlord and tenant law. A collaborative individual with the ability to problem solve, lead teams and work to deadlines, you should be able to communicate effectively and possess sound commercial acumen. Applicants should ideally have:

• MRICS status
• Previous experience in a property valuation post
• Proven track record in completing acquisitions and disposals
• Confident in negotiating agreements and maximising opportunities
• UK driving licence with ability to travel to sites when required
• IT literacy
