Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (37.5 hours per week)

About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting various office functions to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Maintain and organise both physical and digital filing systems.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Support the preparation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations
Experience and Skills
  • Proven experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Additional Information
  • Salary: £25,000 per year.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (37.5 hours per week).
