Accounts /Team Administrator Bristol City Centre £25k - £30k DOE
Working for a leading Global Consultancy within Bristol City Centre, working within a friendly busy office within a team of Surveyors and Engineers.
Duties & responsibilities:
Handling all invoices, processing requests
Chasing clients for payments & handling queries
Generating & creating spreadsheets
supporting the office with administration
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
Updating the system accordingly
Preparation of reports for internal and external use
Skills & Experienced required:
A background within Accounts/finance
worked within a similar role
Advanced knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets
Excellent attention to detail is essential
Accurate with an excellent eye for detail
Methodical in approach to tasks
To be pro-active, have a strong team ethos and a positive mental attitude.
AAT qualified or Equivalent
