Accounts /Team Administrator
Bristol City Centre
£25k - £30k DOE
Working for a leading Global Consultancy within Bristol City Centre, working within a friendly busy office within a team of Surveyors and Engineers.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Handling all invoices, processing requests
- Chasing clients for payments & handling queries
- Generating & creating spreadsheets
- supporting the office with administration
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
- Updating the system accordingly
- Preparation of reports for internal and external use
Skills & Experienced required:
- A background within Accounts/finance
- worked within a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets
- Excellent attention to detail is essential
- Accurate with an excellent eye for detail
- Methodical in approach to tasks
- To be pro-active, have a strong team ethos and a positive mental attitude.
- AAT qualified or Equivalent
