I have an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected developer in Devon. Working as a Customer Service Coordinator you will be working within a team of coordinators and Technicians and report to the Customer Service Manager.
You will deal with all daily customer service-related enquiries, via email and phone, these could be existing defects or new defects. You will liaise with subcontractors and customer service operatives to book and arrange the works to be carried out and rectified, in a timely manner and to excellent standards.
This role is ideally suited to candidates who would like to have the opportunity to work within an leading Housing Developer.
